THANK YOU so much for making our very first Saucy Saturday Link party SO incredibly special! We had many fantastic link ups that left us truly spoiled for choice when it came to picking our favourites to be featured this week. There were close seconds and thirds and fourths and those that gave the featured ones a good run for their money. We hope you keep coming back and share with us and everyone else your recipes, crafts and DIY projects. You just might find something here that you wouldn’t see anywhere else and maybe even find yourself featured as a favourite of the week! 🙂 And don’t forget to check out the featured recipes below that made their way to the top from all the wonderful links we received last Saturday!
Before I get to our weekly favourites, let me recap my week. This week I shared a recipe for homemade hot dog buns, my go-to bread roll recipe now! Perfectly crusty on the outside and soft on the inside, you’d never have to buy those limp hot dog buns from the store again.
Using those hot dog buns as a vehicle, I also made these killer Curry Chicken Meatball Sandwiches! It’s a Sri Lankan Chicken Meatball Curry cooked in a tomato based spicy sauce and they were topped with melted provolone cheese and cold, sweet and spicy mango chutney. Yup, you have to check those bad boys out.
I have also been working with my sister to figure out the new website logo, and we made great progress over this week. But that also means I’ve been a little sleep deprived since my sister lives half way around the world and often we can talk only when it’s late for me. But the good news is that I should be able to debut my new logo sometime next week! 🙂
So what have you been up to this week?? I can’t WAIT to find out, so go ahead and link up with us below!
And now, on to our party and our features!
