HAPPY HALLOWEEN to all the party folks at Saucy Saturdays! The life of a food blogger is such that I’ve been celebrating Halloween for a couple of weeks now with candy and cocktails. 🙂
What about you guys?? What are you going to be dressed up as this time around?
And on the blog front, I went back to sharing some comfort food this week. With the days getting shorter and colder, something warm and comforting is just what the doctor ordered. Plus these are super easy to make too.
First up, I shared this Easy Oven-baked Chicken Fajita that’s unbelievable flavourful and so easy to make. The homemade fajita spice mix that I use here is what I previously used in my spicy fajita steak quesadillas and I’ve heard a LOT of fantastic things about it from my readers. So go ahead and try it yourself, I guarantee it will soon be your family favourite too!
I also shared this absolutely delicious, fresh and creamy Italian Chicken Pasta Stir-fry recipe this week too. Big, bold Italian flavours, cooked using a quick Asian stir-fry method. It’s got the best of both worlds and it’s easy, quick and versatile too. You will LOVE it!
I hope you go check them out and share with your friends too! 🙂
Don’t forget to join out NEW FACEBOOK GROUP for Saucy Saturdays! Tell your friends about it too. You get to share your recipes there and increase your visibility on facebook AND other platforms! The more people that join this group, the MORE VISIBILITY YOUR RECIPES AND POSTS will have! 🙂
