Unicorn Blood Cocktail (Peach Raspberry Cocktail)

Ingredients

Raspberry Puree

  • 7 oz raspberries
  • Icing sugar powdered sugar to taste
  • 3 - 4 tbsp water if needed

Shimmery Liqueur

  • Recipe for shimmery Liqueur I used Gold dust and Peach Vodka
  • A pinch of purple luster petal dust optional

Instructions

  • Puree the raspberry (add a little water if necessary) completely. Pass it through a fine sieve to remove seeds. Mix in icing sugar, 1 tbsp at a time to sweeten it to your taste. Chill in the fridge.
  • Make the shimmery liqueur as in the recipe in the link. You can add just a touch more luster petal dust if you feel like it's not enough. Chill till required.
  • Dust the wall of the chilled Martini glass with some purple luster petal dust and add some powdered dry ice (optional step)
  • Pour the shimmery vodka into chilled martini glasses (about 2/3 of the way up). Pour approximately 2-3 tbsp of raspberry puree into the drink (from about 1-2 inches above the surface of the drink).
  • Optional - add some powdered dry ice. Serve Immediately with a stirrer.

Notes

Note - Adding purple luster dust gives the drink a slight purple hue as the luster dust is first stirred into the drink. It then mixes with the yellow completely after a few minutes. This is a completely optional step.
