Milk Froth (optional - only if you use espresso with no crema)
½cupof steaming milk

Add all the ingredients (except for the white chocolate liqueur and marshmallow) into a shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously. Strain into a martini cocktail glass.
Pour the white chocolate liqueur (which should sink to the bottom) and add some milk froth on top (optional). Garnish with the toasted marshmallow.
Milk Froth (optional)
Once the cocktail is mixed and layered, place the steaming milk in a jug (about 1 ½ cup capacity). Using a milk frother, froth the milk to create micro foam. Once you’ve created the micro foam, swirl the jug to create soft micro foam.
Add a few spoonfuls of this micro foam on top of your cocktail before garnishing it with the marshmallow.
