Garlic & Chilli Pasta

Ingredients
One portion of cooked pasta
recipe above
4
cloves
of garlic
chopped finely or minced
2 - 3
tbsp
of crushed chilli/crushed red pepper
you can reduce this to 1 tbsp if you like - I like it extra spicy!
1/4
cup
shredded cheese
optional - but I used a mix of mozzarella, sharp cheddar and parmesan
3
tbsp
of olive oil
Instructions
In a pan, add the oil and garlic and heat gently on medium heat.
When the oil is hot, add the crushed chilli pieces and saute for a few seconds.
Add the pasta and cheese and toss them with the oil, garlic and crushed chilli until the pasta is well coated and the cheese has melted.
Serve immediately.
