And this is a super customizable, make ahead friendly, special occasion worthy recipe, so it's tailor-made for breakfast in bed for mom on Mother's Day! And instead of a boring (and more involved!) streusel topping, I make delicious, crispy cinnamon croutons with the same brioche bread as the topping. That is TWO decadent breakfast choices in ONE dish!

White wine mixed with lychee, ginger, lemon and lime, lychee juice, plus elderflower syrup and vodka. A cool, boozy drink with an explosion of flavors!
